Stanwood Car Care came through again for us! Our car was towed in because it wouldn’t start. Initially they were thinking the starter needed to be replaced but instead they found a loose wire. They also replaced the 10 year battery. They are very accommodating, efficient and honest. We will continue to support them and refer them to people. Thank you!

Didn’t finish on day reserved despite bringing in day before. Didn’t do oil change despite reminding them to include at least 3 times as well as in person. Car still stumbles at idol which is why it was brought in.
Hello Paul, we did in fact perform the oil change when it was here sept 2nd. Vehicle came in with broken pcv hose we were held for parts on that hose due to supplier issues. We cleared monitors and test drove over ten miles with no issues. If the vehicle is still not running well we guarantee all our workmanship and would be happy to recheck at no charge to you. The office staff was helpful and informative, answering all my questions. The y provided excellent service and scheduled an appointment right away. The work by their mechanics was done accurately with little wait time. I would definitely recommend Stanwood Car Care to anyone for their automotive needs.
